I was on my feet and dancing at The Merchants of Bollywood, the internationally-acclaimed smash hit musical, at Istana Budaya last night.  It was an enthralling, dazzling, and sparkling high-energy performance by the 40-strong cast that had the audience, me included, up and dancing. 

The Polo Leagues and Off Season

The Malaysian Open Polo Tournament this year was a very good tournament and a good season-ender to the RMPA International League.  The eight teams were very well matched and while there had to be winners and losers, the matches were always quite close and there were surprise results, like III Lounge beating Jogo Polo for their first win of the season.

Mitavite Mention

I got mentioned in the Mitavite’s Moments article by Gavin Kenna, as Wan Ming’s coach.  It’s really quite cool that she got placed in the 1.20 m classes as this was her first time ever competing at that height. 

Umpiring at the Malaysian Open Polo

I have a new and healthy respect for umpires.

Yesterday I got called to stand in for one of the professional umpires Campbell MacNab, who could not get a flight in to Malaysia till today.
