Zack’s Tack moved from the first floor to the ground floor of our Sri Hartamas location yesterday.  (For Singaporeans, that means we are on the first floor, not second anymore.)

What a difference it makes to be on the ground floor!  Lots more natural light and a much bigger area are the immediate benefits.  

We have much more space, about 168 m2 (1,800 sq ft), which is a good sized shop for proper saddlery.  No sneaking and squeezing between shelves and racks.

It’s amazing what a difference a ground floor shop makes.  We had so many walk-ins yesterday.  Some were neighbours that work in Sri Hartamas had never known a saddlery ever existed on the first floor!  Hopefully the move will make us more visible to the public and bring in the walk-in business for the apparel and lifestyle items that we have, like the King’s Game and La Guapa polo shirts.

Zack’s Tack @ Sri Hartamas will be open seven days a week now.  From Mondays to Saturdays we will be open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and on Sundays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.

It was a good first day of business.  It felt real good to hit the ground floor running.
