Jump-off is a new section with the fastest lines, and the quickest turns. It's about the explosiveness of the jump-off. Winning and losing. And what goes on in-between.
More Wonders from the Land of the Blind
Visit the Equestrian Federation of Singapore website at www.efs.org.sg. See what wonderful photos they have on their home page of dressage, endurance, and to promote the sport of jumping in Singapore, see the very nice photo of Quzandria Nur jumping Little Big Man. (That's their photo, our words.)
Jump-Off realizes there really aren't all that many Singaporeans in Singapore that can actually jump a decent sized fence.
All the same, you wouldn't have expected them to use a Malaysian to promote the sport of jumping on the official website of the Equestrian Federation of Singapore.
They like Quzandria so much that you'll find her again in their frankly superb Equestrian Sport section where they describe what the sport of showjumping is all about.
Not planning to defect, are you, Janni?
Transitions
Sgt. Maj. Kamaruddin has taken a year's leave of absence from Polis di-Raja Malaysia to take up a position as Chief Riding Instructor at the newly resurrected Indra Mahkota Polo Club in Kuantan, Pahang.
Farewell
Jump-Off and Equestrian.Com.My bid a fond farewell to Bjorn Ohberg, who has returned to his native Sweden. During his time in Kuala Lumpur, Bjorn was active as a dressage rider, trainee dressage judge, and owner of the jumping horse Pulp Fiction.
