Urgent SPCA Horse Appeal

Selangor SPCA is in urgent needs of funds to deal
with an emergency situation in Sabah. Since Thurs 21 June from what we can
gather from our sources 4 horses have collapsed and at least 10 horses at the
premises are in near starvation and in a severe state of dehydration. Tourist
have also reported about a rotting horse carcass on the beach near the property.
Food, medical supplies and vet services are urgently required.
