Relevant Information:

Entries:

• All payments are due up front upon submission of entries
• Entries received after the Closing Date are DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEE.
• All entries are deemed unconfirmed, until full payment is received.
• Scratchings / cancellations without valid reason are chargeable at RM 15 each entry.
• All cheques to be made payable to ‘Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad.”

Rules:

• All riders are expected to be in proper riding attire at all times when mounted, ie. hard hats and riding boots.
• Dress code for competition – Jodhpurs, Club Polo Shirt / Pony Club Polo Shirt / Short Sleeved Shirt & Tie / Competition attire and Sukma Uniform permitted.
• The competition is being run under EAM / EFA Rules.
• SUKMA Entries will be run as per SUKMA technical handbook.
• Overall rules for the competition will follow FEI rulings.
• Showjumping competitions will be run under AM5.
• Clear round jumping is limited to one rosette per horse rider combination per class.

 

Stabling:

• Overnight and day stabling is available.  Please use the attached form for requesting stabling.
• Day rate:  RM 30 per horse per day.  Overnight Rate RM 50 per horse per night.  Reduced rates for SUKMA horses at RM 30 per horse per night.
• Stabling available from Tuesday 15^th April until Tuesday 22^nd April.
• Only Stable and bedding supplied.
• Payment for stabling to be submitted in ADVANCE.
• Horses / Ponies will not be allowed on the premises without a CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE – to be faxed in advance to (03) 2093 5611.
• Stables are available on a first booked, first allocated basis.
• Please keep stable areas tidy and ensure horses are washed in wash down bays not stables.

 

Insurance:

All owners and riders are personally responsible for damages to third party persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses.  They are strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events.

 

Timings

• Dressage times available on (03) 2093 5211 / 2093 0660 between 11am and 6pm on Friday 18th April. 
• All classes will be run in the morning.
